We work to make the Smart Call Bridge website and app accessible and usable for people with disabilities. We use the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA as a design and testing reference. This statement isn’t a certification that every page or feature conforms.
Our Ongoing Work
Our work includes keyboard access, visible focus indicators, readable color contrast, labeled form fields, layouts that adapt to phone screens, touch targets sized for fingers, and support for reduced-motion settings. The contact window on this website can be closed with its X button or the Escape key, and keyboard focus returns to where you were. We keep improving as we find barriers.
How We Test
We combine automated checks with manual review. On October 10, 2026, we checked this website’s home and thank-you pages with the axe-core automated checker (version 4.10.2) at desktop and phone screen sizes, tabbed through every link, button and form field to confirm visible focus that isn’t hidden behind the cookie notice or the phone action bar, measured text contrast, and checked layouts at 320 pixels wide, at 200% zoom, with increased text spacing and with reduced motion. We fixed the issues those checks found, and repeated the automated check later the same day after updates to the pricing section. Automated and browser checks can’t find every barrier. We haven’t yet completed testing with screen readers or on physical phones. This testing summary covers this website; we’ll describe testing of the Smart Call Bridge app here when it’s complete.
